Gisele Esquivel

Gisele Esquivel serves as the Early Childhood Education Specialist in the Education Services department at Rhode Island PBS. With seven years of experience as an elementary classroom teacher in both the U.S. and South Korea under a Fulbright Fellowship, Gisele is dedicated to creating inclusive educational environments that serve all learners. As a first-generation college graduate and daughter of Colombian immigrants, she is passionate about equitable access to high-quality educational materials, particularly for diverse learners and multilingual backgrounds. In her current role, Gisele collaborates with stakeholders to develop educational programming, provide resources, and offer professional development opportunities for educators and families. She is committed to fostering nurturing environments where young children can excel academically, socially, and emotionally, drawing from her extensive classroom and international experiences to support early childhood education initiatives at Rhode Island PBS.
