Rhode Island PBS is Honored with 19 Emmy Nominations

Rhode Island PBS is proud to share that the public media organization has received 19 Boston/New England Emmy nominations. The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) Boston/New England Chapter will announce the official winners on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at the 47th Annual Boston/New England Emmy® Awards Ceremony in Boston. Notably, this year’s number of nominations for Rhode Island PBS has surpassed last year’s count of 12.

The nominated local productions encompass a diverse range of genres, including newsmagazine “Rhode Island PBS Weekly,” arts and culture series “ART inc.” and “Ocean State Sessions,” and partnered productions “Treasures Inside the Museum,” “Maria’s Portuguese Table” Season 2, and children’s series “Pollywog Pond.” A full list of the nominees can be found below.
